A Season of Transition and Expansion!

Hey guys! 

It has been years hasn't it?

Throughout the past years, many things has happened and changed, especially for Malaysia during the 14th Malaysian general election, where Mahatir Mohamad, at the age of 92-years-old was announced as Malaysia's Prime Minister, and owning the title of becoming the world's oldest leader. Many Malaysians gathered and cheered in one accord for the happy occasion. 

In this season of change, we are super excited to announce that Clover too has a newer and upgraded blog! Our new modern and contemporary interior design blog was and is made for residential and commercial buildings. Featuring everything about interior design and renovations, from ideas/concept, inspirations and educational, to new and up-and-coming news about the industry. 

We would like to sincerely say thank you to each and everyone of you for being with us for the past years and taking an interest in Clover. We promise to serve you better, with more juicy and interesting contents in our new blog!

Kelana Mahkota

The owner of this apartment rented this place for quite some time to different tenants the pass 10 years. The last tenant was irresponsible and did not take care of the apartment at all.

Take a look at the simple makeover at RM30K
- repainting (walls, ceilings, doors, grille)
- base kitchen cabinet
- 2 units of build in wardrobe
- rewiring 
- lighting, fan and air-conditioner installation
- plaster ceiling
- half length full mirror in bathroom
- cleaning

Bungalow Back Extension

'Practical' was the request of the client. This family wanted to extend the back portion of the bungalow to have a much bigger space for a wet kitchen, a laundry area and a bathroom/toilet for the ground floor AND one family room, one boy's room and a bathroom for the 1st floor.
